Non-destructive evaluation of the volumes of egg shell and interior: Theoretical approach

Describing the properties of table eggs requires development methods enabling to look inside egg without destroying it, suggesting a thorough theoretical study including formulation aspects this advanced egg-related research area. For purpose, we developed mathematical assay for computing volumes shell and interior chicken using, as input data, its main external geometric dimensions (length, maximum breadth, value shift from centre horizontal axis) well thickness shell. The volume can be determined product average by surface area estimated along midline section. We obtained dependences midline-based estimate on values outer egg. Since interior, in addition entire shell, is also affected air cell volume, derived formulae indicator. To calculate basic egg, data diameter or height should used, which quite simple measure with conventional measuring instruments like an ovoscope.
